Everything from our internal processes at our office to the number of in-house crew members, sets us apart. At Husky Builders we use a chronological construction process and because of our workflow and organization, we are able to get projects done more quickly and seamlessly than our competitors with multiple trades and skilled professionals.
How long will it take you to get started?
Depending on the type of project can get started usually with 4-6 weeks, if not sooner! If your project requires special ordering or custom materials, that time may vary.
How long does it take to receive an estimate?
Estimate time varies depending on the scale of work and also how many estimates we have to produce. However, most times you can expect an estimate within 7-10 days.
What makes Husky Builders different?
We will go just about anywhere that makes sense. Our primary area of work is within 25 miles of our office in downtown Fountain Inn, SC. If it is outside of that range, we do require an out of network travel deposit which can be credited back to you, if you choose our services.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! And, yes! Upon signing a contract with Husky Builders, we will send over documentation specifically for you with a copy of our information from our insurance department.
What is your payment schedule?
Typically, we require 50% retainer upon signing contract for construction materials, 25% due on the project start date and the remaining 25% upon a walkthrough of the project prior to final touches.
